Privacy Policy
How we use information submitted through project enquiry and job application forms.
1. Website and contact details
This policy describes the processing of personal data on Yenigün Construction's website, yeniguncons.ru. It covers project and tender enquiries, related correspondence and job applications.
For personal data enquiries, contact moskova@yeniguncons.ru. Moscow office: Federation Tower West, 12 Presnenskaya Embankment, 52nd floor, office 3, Moscow.
2. Information you provide
Your name and telephone number are required to submit a form. You may also provide your company, email address, project details, budget, message and supporting documents. Job applications include the selected position and information in your CV; a project budget is not requested.
The enquiry reference, submission date, form language and originating page are also recorded. Include only information needed to assess your enquiry and do not submit another person's personal data without a lawful basis.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
Information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a project or tender, assess your job application and conduct related correspondence. The form requests your consent before submission. Visiting the website alone does not provide that consent.
If a contractual relationship or legal obligation arises, further processing may rely on the relevant legal basis. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
4. Handling and access
Submitted enquiries and attachments are stored in the website's records, and a notification containing the enquiry details is sent to the corporate email address. Access is needed by employees handling the request and technical service providers supporting the website and email.
Information is not intended for public posting or sale. Disclosure to other recipients requires an appropriate legal basis.
5. Retention
Retention depends on the purpose of the enquiry, related correspondence, any resulting contractual relationship and applicable document retention requirements. Once the processing purposes have ended, data is to be deleted or anonymised unless further retention is required by law.
6. Requests about your personal data
You may request information about the processing of your data, correction, restriction or deletion, or withdraw your consent by emailing moskova@yeniguncons.ru. Where available, include your enquiry reference and the contact details used in the original form.
Requests are reviewed after checking that they concern your own data. Withdrawing consent may prevent further handling of your enquiry. Information required on another lawful basis is retained accordingly. You may also raise a complaint with Roskomnadzor or seek a court remedy.
7. External services and technical data
The contact page embeds a Yandex map. When the map loads, your browser connects to that service, which may receive your IP address and browser information and use cookies under its own policy. Links to social networks and other websites are subject to those services' policies.
Hosting and communications services may keep technical logs for website operation and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restrictions may affect the embedded map.
8. Policy updates
This page is updated when website features or data processing arrangements change. The revision date appears above. Questions about this policy can be sent to the corporate email address provided here.
